Mixx 27•7
follows the HOT Adult Contemporary (Hot AC) format. It's
grouped under the Adult Contemporary format.
Q: Do you recommend a particular player?
A: Everyone has their favorite
player. Since our station broadcasts in mp3PRO, we recommend a
player capable of this format, such as
JetAudio
or
Winamp.
However, you do not need an mp3PRO capable player to listen to
the station.
Q: Do you accept music requests?

Q: When I listen to your station
it skips/drops, why?
A:
There could be a couple of
factors involved. Your internet connection may be too slow,
remember you must have high-speed internet to listen. Also,
keep in mind that since we are broadcasting 'live', the server
we broadcast to can unexpectedly go down, our internet
connection can drop or there may be inclement weather in the
area causing loss of power.

players that support this type of technology. However, you do
